You’re done being dismissed.
Maybe you’ve heard “you can’t possibly have endo,” or “there’s nothing we can do besides surgery.” Maybe you’ve…
- Been handed birth control as your only “solution,” again and again
- Sat in exam rooms feeling rushed and unheard
- Googled a million symptoms at 2 a.m., wondering if you’re the only one
- Bounced between good days and bad days without knowing what helped or what hurt
- Tried random supplements because an influencer “swears by it”
- Heard “your labs are normal” when you know something deeper is going on
- Wondered if you just have to live with endo belly and bloat forever
You don’t need another influencer protocol or another rushed appointment. You need someone who understands endo from both sides of the exam table.
Imagine This Instead
What if you finally understood what your body is telling you?
Imagine…
walking into your next appointment with a game plan and the exact words to ask for what you need.
Imagine…
knowing what to do on a flare day, instead of just trying to survive it.
Imagine…
understanding what your labs may be pointing to, beyond “everything looks normal.”
Imagine…
knowing which supplements are actually worth your money, instead of guessing.
Imagine…
eating in a way that supports your hormones, without overthinking every single bite.
Imagine…
having women who truly get it, on your good days and your hardest ones.
You deserve to feel informed, supported, and in charge of your own care, not controlled by your endo.
PharmD ยท Endo Warrior
Meet Your Host
Hi, I’m Dr. Kym, and I’m an endo warrior too.
I’m a licensed pharmacist, functional medicine practitioner, and health coach who has worked with more than 500 clients. But more importantly, I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 23. I know the exhaustion, the guessing, and the feeling that no one is really listening.
I built The Endo Sovereignty Society because endo care should feel human, not rushed. This is a low-stress, judgment-free room to learn how your hormones, gut, and whole body connect, and to ask real questions without a 10-minute appointment clock running.
Knowledge is power. Community is medicine. No woman should have to advocate for herself alone.
The Pharmacist Difference
Most endo communities I’m seeing are run by health coaches. This one is run by a pharmacist who has learned to put her own endo in remission, and wants to share what she’s learned with you.
Dr. Kym is certified in Personalized Medicine, including Endocrinology and Gut and Autoimmune Conditions. That means you can finally get clear, grounded education on the questions other communities may not be able to answer.
Examples of things we may discuss
What’s Inside the Society
Everything you need to understand your body, in one place.
Lab Lens
Live coaching sessions with Dr. Kym covering endo education, functional labs and case review, healing strategies, member-requested topics, and open Q&A. Every session is recorded if you can’t make it live.
Ask Dr. Kym Thread
Can’t make it live? Your questions still matter. Drop them in the ongoing thread, and Dr. Kym will choose questions to answer and teach from during Lab Lens. Similar questions get combined so we all learn together.
Heat Pad Hour
Grab your heating pad and your favorite warm drink for a relaxed live gathering. Share your struggles, celebrate your wins, and connect with women who understand. No agenda, no pressure, just real conversation.
The Endo Library
Every session recording, Dr. Kym’s PDF guides and templates, supplement education, and anti-inflammatory, hormone-balancing nutrition made for endo, with new additions as we grow.
Guest Expert Interviews
Dr. Kym interviews experts through an endo lens: pelvic floor physical therapists, excision surgeons, fertility specialists, therapists, acupuncturists, and more. Every recording is saved in the Library.
Endo-Informed Provider Directory
A trusted list of endo-informed providers, built and shared by members of our community, so you don’t have to start your search from scratch.
Gatherings You Help Plan
Four times a year, we get together in real life, and members propose and vote on what we do. Think a cozy brunch, gentle yoga or a nervous system session with a castor oil pack workshop, a self-care spa day, or a holiday cookie swap with flare-friendly recipes. Live out of state? A virtual option means you never miss out. Our first is a signature Endo Awareness Month event in March.
Intro to Understanding Endo

Questions you might have
Absolutely. This community is for women living with endometriosis or suspecting it, plus the moms, sisters, and daughters walking alongside them. Our kick-off session starts with the basics.
Yes. Many women who’ve lived with endo for years still have unanswered questions about labs, supplements, nutrition, and flares. Lab Lens and the Ask Dr. Kym Thread are built for exactly those questions.

Every session is recorded and saved in the Endo Library. Drop your questions in the Ask Dr. Kym Thread anytime, and you can watch the answers on your own schedule.
As much or as little as you want. Join live when you can, catch replays when you can’t, and use the Library whenever you need it. The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it.
Yes, anytime. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of your paid period. Founding rates stay locked while your membership is active. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.

No. The Society is for education and support, and it doesn’t create a provider-patient relationship. Dr. Kym teaches patterns and principles, not individual treatment plans.
Come as you are.
No more guessing. No more being dismissed. No more advocating for yourself alone.
