At this time, I do not accept insurance for my services. Innate Healing and Performance, LLC is a self-pay, private wellness practice and does not participate in insurance networks, submit claims, or use diagnostic/billing codes. Clients may elect to use HSA/FSA funds for qualifying servicesβcontact your administrator directly to determine eligibility. If you're unsure whether services may be HSA/FSA eligible, you may apply through our partnership with TrueMed ($30 one-time fee, ~2 minutes). A Letter of Medical Necessity valid for 12 months may be issued if approved. See Funding Options below for details.

That's actually very common. Many clients I work with have already gone to 2 or 3 other functional or holistic providers before finding success with my program. Many clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds for these services through our partnership with TrueMed (a short eligibility survey can issue a Letter of Medical Necessity), and PayPal Credit offers a line of credit with 0% interest for 6 months. Partnership With TrueMed
If you are unsure if services may be HSA/FSA eligible through your specific health plan, you may apply for eligibility through our partnership with TrueMed. Fill out a short survey ($30 one-time fee, ~2 minutes) to see if you're eligible to receive reimbursement for these services. A "Letter of Medical Necessity" may be provided, valid for 12 months if approved and issued. Many clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds for these services when the forms are filled out thoroughly and appropriately.
Qualification FormPayPal Line of Credit
Apply for a line of credit suited to your particular circumstances β it takes minutes to get approved. This option provides 0% interest for 6 months with a line of credit that may help you get started.
PayPal Line of CreditEligibility, approval, and reimbursement are determined by TrueMed, your HSA/FSA administrator, and PayPal β not by Innate Healing & Performance, LLC.
